Support Team

The support team consists of our field engineers and technicians. wideglobetech.com maintains an experienced staff of full-time technicians who are available 365 days during normal business hours to fix problems and maintain our customer’s systems. In addition, wideglobetech.com have a staff of Full-time live chat support technicians who are available to work on client systems from our offices. The support team is also responsible for preventative maintenance of systems. Emergency 24×7 after-hours calls are handled by our on-call support team, who will respond to after-hours tickets within one hour.

We offer a wide range of IT support services and means of engaging our services as you will see throughout this website (for further details see the Services page). Our primary objective is to ensure you have the hassle-free use of your computer and IT equipment and that, should it go wrong, that downtime is kept to an absolute minimum with the problem being rectified swiftly and efficiently.

To further enhance the speed and efficacy of our service we would recommend an IT Audit as early as possible so that all the required details are to hand when you need to report any problem to our technicians. We do undertake such a service and highly recommend that either we are tasked to complete an IT Auditor our clients undertake one themselves at the start of a support contract with ourselves.
